Once logged in, the user is presented with a menu providing access to the modules the user may use. These options, some of which might not be present due to permissions, include:
•Archiving, providing access to document repositories •Image Manager, which enables management of incoming documents to prepare them for uploading into the repository and/or custom processing for features such as ERP integration •IDP Documents, which enables management of incoming documents handled by AI, for subsequent processing like the Image Manager •DocFlow, which provides custom step-based routing of documents, typically used for approval processes •Coding tools oDesign tool, used to edit rule files, which are used for document production and other custom server-level tasks oIDP definitions, where the types of documents and their respective data handling by AI are defined oScript libraries, where code snippets for formatting, validations, and lookups are defined for use by Image Manager and IDP definitions •Administration - a set of options available to admin users oLibraries, where repositories are created, permissions assigned, repairs processed oUsers manages internal users, including password, email, permission settings, and group membership oExternal Users manages external users that can access entity-ID based documents belonging to the user oGroups manages group library access, so that user members obtain those access rights oInbound Sources enables file path and email sources for incoming documents, and defines the action to run on those documents oScheduled Jobs defines rule sets that automatically run on various schedules oWeb Extension Deployment enables mass deployment instructions for the UnForm Web Extension oBuild Demo Libraries generates fresh demo archive libraries, demo_accounting, demo_purchasing, and demo_sales oView Logs provides a viewer of server logs oJob History provides a list of recent jobs run from client submissions oConfiguration enables configuration of the UnForm server
