Stored Passwords

Top  Previous  Next

Stored passwords is a feature that enables encrypted storage of values that can be used at specific, documented parts of the UnForm configuration.  For example, when defining a login and password for sending emails, you can specify the password in a format "store:name" to instruct UnForm to retrieve the password defined as name instead of storing the plain text password in the configuration.

You can add new passwords or edit existing ones from the initially presented list.  The data for a password is simple: an ID (used as the name in the "store:name" structure), a description, and the password value.
